MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions within the healthcare domain, ensuring alignment with healthcare workflows, industry standards, and ITIL best practices.
· Develop custom applications, forms, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting, ...
UI/UX design, and ServiceNow's native tools.
· Implement solutions that adhere to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HL7, and other relevant standards to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
· Oversee and develop integrations with third-party systems (e.g., electronic health records (EHR), patient management systems, etc.) and other enterprise applications using ServiceNow Integration Hub or other middleware.
· Lead a team of developers and work closely with business analysts, system architects, and stakeholders to identify business needs, propose technical solutions, and deliver implementations.
· Automate key IT processes and business workflows (e.g., Incident Management, Change Management, Request Management) to improve operational efficiency.
· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members on best practices, code reviews, and ServiceNow development techniques.
· Evaluate emerging trends in the ServiceNow ecosystem, particularly in the healthcare space, and recommend improvements to ensure the platform stays current with technological advancements.
· Oversee the maintenance and support of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring minimal downtime, performing root cause analysis for issues, and resolving technical problems. Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance NOC operations and incident management workflows.
