Job Title: Contract Manager – Substation & Transmission Line Projects
Location: Mumbai
Reports To: Operation Head
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction
Management, Engineering, or a related field.
o Master's degree or relevant certifications (such as PMP, CPCM, or CCM) is a plus.
Experience:
o Minimum 10-12 years of experience in contract management, preferably
within the power, energy, or EPC industries.
o Strong background in managing contracts for Substation & Transmission Line projects is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies:
o Deep understanding of contract law, risk management, and claims handling.
o Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to analyze complex contracts and provide practical solutions.
o Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
o High level of attention to detail and organization.
o Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
