Job Purpose
As a Control Centre Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring 24/7 remote support for Nordex wind turbine operations. Working in a rotational shift system, you will be responsible for first-level monitoring, alarm resets, and coordination activities, contributing to operational continuity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Work as part of a 24/7 Global Control Centre team under a defined shift schedule.
Perform remote 1st-level alarm monitoring and execute reset procedures as per SOPs.
Handle first-level customer requests efficiently and accurately.
Assist in scheduling service technicians and coordinating spare parts dispatch.
Collaborate with regional service teams and maintain accurate issue tracking.
Shift Timings
Morning Shift: 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 03:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM
(Rotational shifts applicable on a weekly or bi-weekly basis)
Required Skills & Experience
0–2 years of experience in call centre, technical support, or monitoring roles.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Service-oriented with a calm and professional demeanor.
Willingness and availability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Basic understanding of SAP is advantageous.
Familiarity with the wind energy industry is a plus but not required.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline.
