Job description:
- Clear communication with telesales/KAM at the time of Lead creation and co-ordination with FDO for timely information about the same and keep the Doctor informed in advance.
- To understand the requirements of the patients/NOKs and match them with suitable solutions and proactively nurture the lead to conversion.
- To ensure a quality show-rounds of facility and make the customer aware of the service we provide.
- To ensure proper financial counselling and to do the required changes in care plan as per requirements after discussion with Doctor.
- Single point of contact for any queries related before admission. Ο To ensure proper follow-up and timely information in case of deviations to tele-sales/ KAMs. o Coordinate closely with marketing, inside sales, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Analyse drop-offs in the conversion funnel and implement corrective strategies.
- Co-ordinate with Ops/Therapy dept in case of OPD conversion.
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in sheets.
