Key Responsibilities:
Product Costing & Standard Cost Updates: Perform standard costing, actual costing, and product cost calculations, including the annual standard cost update and standard cost updates for PIDs on request.
Manufacturing Cost & Variance Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs and identify cost drivers affecting profitability, and monitor and report material, labor, overhead, and production variances.
Inventory Valuation & Cost Allocation: Support monthly costing runs, inventory valuation, and inventory reconciliations, and ensure accurate cost allocation and absorption methodologies.
Costing Close & Reporting: Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities for costing and inventory, and prepare cost reports, manufacturing KPI dashboards, and management analysis.
Audit, Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and internal controls, and support internal and external audits related to costing and inventory processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Development: Work with global stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, including operational teams, to resolve costing matters, and support the training of young team members.
