Responsibilities / Duties:
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Candidates with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience and strong communication skills are preferred.
- CMA-qualified candidates are most preferred (freshers with strong internship exposure and communication skills can also be considered).
- Semi-qualified or Non-qualified (M.Com/B.Com) candidates can be considered if they possess 3–4 years of relevant experience in costing within a manufacturing setup.
Core Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Experience in costing, inventory accounting, or inventory management (accounting side) is essential.
- Exposure to global accounting processes is an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
- SAP experience preferred.
- Exposure to automation tools such as Power BI or RPA is an added advantage.
Shift & Work Expectations:
- Role requires flexibility to work in international time zones (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, North America).
- No shift allowance will be provided.
Interview Process:
- The process may include 2–3 rounds of interviews, with the final round conducted in person.
Notice Period:
- Preference for 15–30 days’ notice period or immediate joiners.
