Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries and issues are handled promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to support business growth.
- Shipment Coordination:
- Monitor daily shipment activities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve delivery issues, damages, or short cases.
- Documentation:
- Verify and maintain all customer documents, including e-way bills, NOCs, and other necessary paperwork.
