We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to drive sales and market development activities in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have experience in project sales and a strong network with architects, builders, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales within the assigned geography according to set targets.
•
Project Sales Experience: Utilize your experience in project sales to cultivate relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.
•
Payment Follow-ups: Monitor payment processes and report daily on sales activities and follow-ups.
•
Market Development: Engage in market development activities, including the establishment of new sub-dealers and the opening of new towns.
•
Market Oversight: Manage and develop the entire Vijayawada market to enhance market presence.
•
Competition Tracking: Monitor competitor activities and report insights to inform strategy.
•
Client Engagement: Meet with clients, architects, and builders to generate demand for our products and services.
Compensation:
Competitive salary with a hike on current CTC plus monthly reimbursements.
Education:
Preferably Science or Engineering graduates with techno commercial sales experience, MBA is not mandatory
Experience:

Min 2-3 years

Need candidates with Builder sales experience, from Elevator and Construction Chemical companies preferable
