About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and
client-focused Client Relationship Manager with 7-12+ years experience in the US Healthcare
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner

the primary liaison between the client and our internal RCM operations team. This role requires
a professional with a deep understanding of RCM processes, exceptional communication skills,
and a proven ability to nurture long-term client relationships to drive sustained success and
growth.
This role is external -facing and requires strong client management, english skills, and
proactive communications.
Key Responsibilities
● Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of assigned US-based clients.
● Develop a deep understanding of each client's specific needs, goals, and challenges to
provide tailored RCM solutions.
● Conduct regular business reviews with clients to present performance data, discuss key
metrics (KPIs), and review service delivery.
● Proactively identify opportunities for service expansion and cross-selling to grow client
accounts.
● Effectively communicate complex RCM information, including performance reports,
trends, and financial metrics, to a non-technical audience.
● Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly business reports, providing
insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.● Act as an advocate for the client internally, ensuring their needs and feedback are
accurately communicated to the operations and leadership teams.
● Manage and resolve all client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and
professional manner.
● Collaborate with internal teams process managers/ CoE to troubleshoot issues and
implement solutions.
● Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential issues before they impact
the relationship.
● Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to
provide strategic advice to clients.
● Partner with the business development team to support new client onboarding and
project implementations.
● Actively participate in developing and improving client management processes and tools.
Desired Skills & Experience
● 7-12 years of experience in operations, project management, or managing large-scale,
international teams.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities with clients.
● Strong project management and organizational skills.
● Excellent attention to detail and process optimization capability.
● Data-driven decision-making skills with comfort in using reports and dashboards.
● Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
● Prior healthcare RCM experience is a plus but not mandatory.
