You will contribute to the organization's success by providing customer-focused solutions, managing operational requirements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the order entry and order fulfillment process for assigned businesses and customers, including priority and foundational accounts
Maintain strong product, application, and service knowledge across the business portfolio
Build and strengthen customer relationships by understanding needs and gathering market insights
Coordinate activities across Commercial, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
Ensure service levels are maintained as per business priorities
Recommend optimal and cost-effective solutions aligned with customer requirements and company capabilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
2 + years of relevant experience in O2C Order Processing

Required Skills

Sales Order Processing.
Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
Experience with SAP or any other ERP
Understanding of Export processes and Incoterms (good to have)
Knowledge of Letters of Credit (good to have)
