About the Role ...

Dow is a dynamic and innovative Science and Materials Company committed to delivering exceptional service to customers while driving profitability. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as a key interface between customers and internal business value chain partners.

You will contribute to the organization's success by providing customer-focused solutions, managing operational requirements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the order entry and order fulfillment process for assigned businesses and customers, including priority and foundational accounts
  • Maintain strong product, application, and service knowledge across the business portfolio
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships by understanding needs and gathering market insights
  • Coordinate activities across Commercial, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
  • Ensure service levels are maintained as per business priorities
  • Recommend optimal and cost-effective solutions aligned with customer requirements and company capabilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
  • 2 + years of relevant experience in O2C Order Processing

Required Skills

  • Sales Order Processing.
  • Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
  • Experience with SAP or any other ERP
  • Understanding of Export processes and Incoterms (good to have)
  • Knowledge of Letters of Credit (good to have)
