Duties & Responsibilities: • Foster psychological safety during high-pressure response efforts • Promote fatigue management, healthy shift practices, peer support during  extended operations & safe to speak up culture • Lead and mentor the CDC team to build a culture of collaboration, continuous  improvement, and excellence across both cyber and all hazards response  domains • Act as the primary point of contact for senior management on CDC operations
