JOB DESCRIPTiON
Key Responsibilities
· Validate all breakages (transit and warehouse) for assigned depot(s) and drive actions to reduce recurring breakages. ...
· Monitor vehicle movement, follow up with depot officials, and take actions to minimize detention and ensure timely unloading.
· Conduct physical stock verification (PV) and ensure strict FIFO/FEFO compliance across all stock.
· Maintain high inventory accuracy; highlight and escalate any discrepancies, mismatches, or stock issues.
· Identify and report near-expiry and expired stock to prevent losses and support proper stock rotation.
· Coordinate with depot, brewery, logistics, and transporter teams to execute Inter-Depot Transfers (IDTs) in applicable states.
· Provide basic stock visibility updates and operational inputs to internal teams when required.
· Responsibilities may evolve based on state-specific requirements, depot size, operational challenges, and market dynamics.
Tools They Will Use
* ePOD System - for breakage validation and POD tracking
* Microsoft Excel - for stock tracking and basic reporting
Travel Requirement
* The role includes regular travel to multiple depots assigned within the region, based on operational needs.
