Job Description:
·8–10 years HR experience in manufacturing / small to medium size plant (preferred if managed office and distributed workforce)
·Open to be based at Tarapur location with flexibility to travel to Mumbai twice a month. Open to relocation candidate also.
·High potential, likely a 2nd inline candidate in medium to large plant who aspire to be plant HR Lead.
·Must have handled shopfloor workforce (not just corporate HR)
·Strong Labour Law & Compliance Depth
- Hands-on ownership of PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factory Act, MLWF
- Experience managing audits, inspections, and statutory filings independently
·Industrial Relations
- Direct experience handling unions / worker committees
- Managed grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries
- Exposure to labour disputes / conciliation / legal cases
·Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, English (spoken + written)
·Comfortable with execution-heavy role, has personally managed payroll inputs, attendance, contractor labour
·Worked in matrix / MNC environment, team player, stable profile
Nice to Have -
- Exposure to HRMS like SuccessFactors / SAP
- Led employee engagement / CSR initiatives
- Experience supporting insurance programs (GMC, GPA, GTL) and R&R rollouts
