Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall finance function for the GCC entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global corporate policies.
Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Own P&L accountability, ensuring profitability and long-term sustainability of business operations.
Implement robust internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
Partner with cross-functional leadership to support strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities.
Oversee statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance across GCC jurisdictions.
Lead finance transformation initiatives, including automation, ERP optimization, and process standardization.
Act as a business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights for decision-making.
Mentor and develop the finance team, building capability across FP&A, accounting, tax, and treasury.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
Chartered Accountant / CPA / MBA Finance with 15–20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
Strong background in FP&A, controllership, compliance, and business partnering.
Proven success in managing multi-country GCC operations or similar regional hubs.
Experience in leading finance transformation / automation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior leadership and board-level reporting.
Track record of driving cost optimization and value creation in dynamic business environments.
