4. Role & Responsibilities (What the candidate is supposed to do on the job):
 Manage production control activities to reduce outages and incidents.
 Manage production planning and scheduling for on-time delivery.
 Recommend process improvements for high quality, cost effectiveness and excellent
customer services.
 Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.
 Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls.
 Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
 Receive and dispatch orders.
 Assess situation and prioritize calls,
 Daily file updating of Plan vs Actual sales
 Move Order Transactions and inventory control management. Lead Team of people for packing, Loading for dispatch to customer.
 Manage FG stock, implement Kanban
 Manage Outbound logistics
 Customer Handling
 Prime responsible for delivery score management from all customers.
 Good analytical skill in inventory management.
 Must have experience in Customer window time adherence.
 Good hands-on experience with Ashok Leyland, Daimler & CAT customers.
