We are currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Dumper Operator to join our mining operations team in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional experienced in operating Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) to contribute to a high-output mining environment. We are looking for a dedicated individual who prioritizes precision, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to mine safety protocols.
Responsibilities:- Operate heavy-duty dumpers with high levels of precision to transport mineral or overburden materials within the mining site.
- Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections of the vehicle to ensure mechanical integrity and operational safety.
- Execute all maneuvers-including loading, hauling, and tipping-in strict accordance with site safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with loading equipment operators and pit supervisors to ensure optimal cycle times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, site hazards, or safety concerns to the maintenance and supervisory departments immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic management plans and signaling requirements within the active mining pit.
- Maintain a clean and organized operating environment within the cabin of the dumper.
- Complete daily logs tracking working hours, material volume, and fuel consumption as required by site management.
- Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 12 years of professional experience operating dumpers and related Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM).
- Hold a valid and appropriate heavy vehicle driving license as required by regional authorities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of high-capacity dumpers within a mining or large-scale construction environment.
- Strong understanding of mine site safety regulations and defensive driving techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, and potentially remote environment.
