- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on CNC machines (VMC, HMC, Turning, Milling, etc.) and related electrical panels and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in CNC machines, including problems with drives, motors, encoders, PLCs, HMIs, and control wiring.
- Calibrate and verify CNC machine electrical components to ensure precise operations.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, machine wiring diagrams, and control layouts.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new CNC equipment.
- Maintain logs and records of all electrical maintenance activities and repairs.
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning of power supply, backup systems (UPS), and servo/spindle drives.
- Support upgrades or retrofitting of CNC machines with new electrical components.
- Adhere to safety protocols and lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures while working on electrical systems.
Coordinate with machine operators and production teams for scheduling downtime and maintenance Key Skills:
