We are seeking a highly skilled and diligent Heavy Equipment Electrician to join our operations in Singroli, Madhya Pradesh. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining the electrical integrity of our heavy earth-moving machinery (HEMM). Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostic testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on heavy mining equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical components, including alternators, starters, batteries, and wiring harnesses.
- Execute timely repairs on HEMM to minimize downtime and ensure operational safety.
- Interpret technical manuals and electrical schematics to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, parts replacement, and equipment service history.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards relevant to the mining industry.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in the Electrical trade.
- Minimum of 2 years and up to 12 years of professional experience in maintenance or electrical works on heavy mining equipment (HEMM).
- Proven expertise as an Auto Electrician with a specialization in heavy-duty machinery.
- Technical proficiency in identifying and resolving electrical faults in high-pressure environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to precision and safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding, large-scale industrial environment.
