YOUR TASKS:
- Drive proactive quality initiatives to ensure product and process quality, from incoming
materials to final module release.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and procedures across the global
Nacelle organization. Including the release of the standards worldwide and training
development.

- Actively participate in quality-related projects, serving as both team member and project
leader when required.
- Define, implement, calculate, and monitor key performance indicators related to quality
performance and improvement.
- Act as coordinator for quality cases, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Lead or support structured problem-solving activities using 8D methodology and other root
cause analysis tools.
- Foster a culture of innovation and encourage proactive problem-solving and continuous
improvement across teams.
- Maintain documentation related to quality control and regulatory compliance.
- Support product developments, End to End management and supplier quality management.
- Collaboration with local plants to support ensuring quality standards are met.
- Data analysis and quality reporting.
- Creating the necessary reports.
- Document management; responsible for most quality templates, maintenance, developing
of new documents.
- Implementing developed concepts/process/standards and checking their effectiveness and
whether necessary, initiating corrective actions.
- Maintaining and further development of Quality Management System.
- Participation and lead quality audits.
- Participate and support on the development of series components.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills and
experience with Power Apps and Power BI.
- Defining and monitoring key performance indicators, as well as derivation of measures
- Coordination of deviations until completion.
- Root cause analysis of deviations, using problem-solving methods,
- Adapt and implement global requirements.
- Definition of material/modules inspection.
- Create tools for data processing; data should be transformed into information,
making possible its analysis and interpretation.
- Support on site, when necessary, mainly with problem analysis, process
mapping, identifying gaps, establishing communication, identifying and implementing
potential improvements.

- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards, FMEA,
SPC).
