• Monitor supplier quality performance through incoming quality checks'
• Drive suppliers on 8D and continuous improvement.
• Regularly visit suppliers and address the process improvements.
• Collect & maintain supplier Quality metrics like Supplier PPM,
• Identify the process improvements opportunities within the supply chain.
• Working with the supplier to identify the process failings & drive improvements in Quality
• Conduct the supplier audit to ensure the supplier process, defect free parts delivered from the supplier.
• Support with the SDE team for developing the suppliers in order to get good Quality parts.
• Participate in the daily meetings with address the purchased parts Quality issues.
• Investigate the supplier parts Quality issues & present the findings, recommend the corrective actions, & implement the same at the supplier end.
• Communicate the team regarding the corrective action process & Quality tool and techniques.
• Maintain the supplier performance results & audit results.
• Identify the Quality issues in the supplier end , & ensure that it will not recur again.
• Recommend the supplier for Qualification /or disqualification based on the Quality performance.
• Should be competent in ISO 50001:2011 requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving an energy management system and follow a systematic approach
• in achieving continual improvement of energy performance, including energy efficiency,energy use and consumption
