    RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
     Manages technical aspects of the S/4HANA system, ensuring the performance and availability suits the
    business needs.
     Manages a team of technical specialist roles to ensure the systems are managed and maintained
    appropriately.
     Is responsible for integrity of the system, and that the system architecture is fit-for-purpose and effective.
     Engages with key stakeholders through the various systems lifecycle to maintain systems currency, whilst
    driving innovation and managing costs.
     Collaborates with Digital leadership to align the ERP roadmap with the Digital Strategy.
     Constantly looks for innovation opportunities and manages new initiatives in line with the Digital policies and
    processes.
     Ensures compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley act and safeguards the business from adverse findings and
    weaknesses through the documented controls.
     Ensure system stability by ensuring the development lifecycle is followed and functional changes are tested
    effectively to ensure minimal business disruption.
     Maintains awareness of and complies with current Digital requirements and minimizes risk to the business.
     Manage vendor engagements for support and delivery, in line with Company CAPP Procedure.
     Is accountable for Change Management and representation of the DSC ERP Technical team at the Change
    Advisory Board.
     Provides input to the Digital budget process for ongoing systems support as well as functional enhancements
    and minor projects.
     Align with the technical, functional and development support provided by the Application Managed Services

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
     8+ years of experience in managing SAP systems and providing technical support
     Experience in supporting SAP S/4HANA, HANA DB and ancillary cloud systems such as SAP BTP,

     Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
     Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships within a cross-functional team.
