REPORTING To: ERP Manager Reports: ERP Basis Specialist, ERP Development Team Lead, ERP Integration Specialist, SOX Compliance Analyst, ERP Security Analyst RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Manages technical aspects of the S/4HANA system, ensuring the performance and availability suits the business needs. Manages a team of technical specialist roles to ensure the systems are managed and maintained appropriately. Is responsible for integrity of the system, and that the system architecture is fit-for-purpose and effective. Engages with key stakeholders through the various systems lifecycle to maintain systems currency, whilst driving innovation and managing costs. Collaborates with Digital leadership to align the ERP roadmap with the Digital Strategy. Constantly looks for innovation opportunities and manages new initiatives in line with the Digital policies and processes. Ensures compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley act and safeguards the business from adverse findings and weaknesses through the documented controls. Ensure system stability by ensuring the development lifecycle is followed and functional changes are tested effectively to ensure minimal business disruption. Maintains awareness of and complies with current Digital requirements and minimizes risk to the business. Manage vendor engagements for support and delivery, in line with Company CAPP Procedure. Is accountable for Change Management and representation of the DSC ERP Technical team at the Change Advisory Board. Provides input to the Digital budget process for ongoing systems support as well as functional enhancements and minor projects.
