Role & responsibilities
1 Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, schedules of Directors.
4. Assist in coordination and execution of cross-departmental tasks and special projects.
2. Maintain records, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
5. Draft, review, and organize emails,reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
3. Coordinate internal and external communication and meetings.
6. Maintain follow-up systems for action items, assist in coordination and execution of cross-departmental
Preferred candidate profile
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
5. Professional conduct, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
