✔ Supporting MD in formulation of company's long term and middle term strategy.
✔ Dealing with Consultants and Companies for Mergers and Acquisitions. Identifying and Analysing various Investment opportunities in various new areas.
✔ Detailed working of technical and financial feasibility of new investments.
✔ Identification of performance gaps across various departments/ companies.
✔ Implementation of MD's directives across various departments/ companies.
✔ Coordination across all levels in the organization and outside entities for all related work.
✔ Detailed analysis of reports/data from various companies.
✔ Preparation of minutes of meeting of executive committee meetings.
✔ Competition Analysis.
✔ Benchmarking across the best players in domestic and global market.
✔ Analysing import & export data for various finished goods and raw materials.
