Follow up with Bank / Finance to get cards for new members.Renewal/activation of PDC card after expiry through finance.Handling employee issues related to travel, advance, claim settlement etc.Preparation of standard gate pass documents for team members & send to customer.Preparation of gate pass documents as per customer specific & send along with supporting documents.Coordinating with vendors & maintaining inventory of CS Dept. stationary & other essential requirements.Maintaining of records of specials equipment such as spirit level, gauges etc. & follow up till return of the same.Searching of old machines (more than 10 years) drawings & manual from U-drive during spares enquiry from customer.
