executive planner - mep

• Assisting in preparing and updating project schedules based on contract requirements
• Supporting setting work programs and target milestones for each phase
• Monitoring daily MEP work progress and preparing weekly progress reports
• Maintaining and recording site work progress information from Project Manager
• Assisting in preparing cash flow curves and progress documentation
• Supporting vendor coordination and tracking delivery schedules
• Helping prepare vendor-wise work schedules from master schedule
• Coordinating with stakeholders and design consultants on planning matters
• Maintaining project schedule files and documentation
• Supporting preparation of monthly progress reports
• Assisting Project Manager with schedule comparisons (plan vs actual)
• Learning MS Project and project planning tools and processes
  

  Education & Experience Credentials:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in project planning or scheduling
• Basic proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
• Understanding of construction and MEP project workflows
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of datacenter and commercial/industrial projects preferred
