Role Overview:<br />We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Head to lead end-to-end<br />execution of institutional construction projects with a strong emphasis on premium<br />finishing quality, detailing, and leadership excellence. The candidate will be responsible<br />for delivering world-class infrastructure aligned with TIFR’s research standards.Key Responsibilities:<br />1. Project Leadership & Execution<br /> Lead complete lifecycle of construction projects from planning to handover<br /> Drive timelines, cost control, and quality benchmarks<br /> Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders<br />2. Finishing Excellence (Core Focus)<br /> Ensure superior finishing standards across:<br />o Architectural works<br />o Interior detailing<br />o Façade and elevation<br /> Monitor workmanship, materials, and aesthetics to achieve high-quality output<br /> Conduct regular quality audits and snag resolution<br />3. Team Management & Leadership<br /> Lead multidisciplinary teams including civil, MEP, and finishing engineers<br /> Mentor and develop team members for high performance<br /> Ensure strong site discipline and productivity<br />4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management<br /> Liaise with architects, PMC, and contractors<br /> Negotiate and finalize contracts and execution strategies<br /> Ensure compliance with project specifications and design intent<br />5. <p>Required Education/Qualifications/Skills</p><ul><li>M.Sc./M. Pharma in Pharmaceutical Analysis/Chemistry with around 4-6 years of experience in analytical R&D for pharmaceutical formulations</li></ul><p>Main Accountabilities</p><ul><li>Routine analysis & Stability Analysis (assay, RS, dissolution, water content etc.) of R&D formulation projects (solid & liquid orals, injectables)</li><li>Daily calibration of pH meters, balances etc.</li><li>Stability sample management (loading & withdrawal as per stability plan)</li><li>Preparation of Stability Reports & other protocol based study reports for assigned projects, as applicable</li><li>Hands-on experience of analytical instrumental techniques (HPLC with chromatographic software etc.)</li><li>Assisting analytical method development/validation/method transfer activities, as per need</li><li>Supporting other assigned lab responsibilities for GLP compliance</li></ul><p>Performance Indicators:</p><ul><li>Timely execution of assigned responsibilities of services team</li><li>Maintaining GLP conditions in lab</li><li>Ensuring adherence to GDP</li></ul><p> </p><h3>experience</h3>6
Requirements & Responsibilities<br />• Developing and executing strategic vision for Electrical design discipline<br />• Leading organizational design excellence.<br />• Setting electrical design standards aligned with ASHRAE,TIA-942, Uptime and beyond<br />• Directing senior management team and building high-performing design organization<br />• Overseeing electrical design for all project categories and geographies<br />• Managing significant design budget and resource allocation<br />• Supporting board-level discussions on infrastructure strategy and investments<br />• Building strategic partnerships with industry leaders and technology partners<br />• Driving innovation in electrical design and emerging technologies<br />• Mentoring C-suite talent and developing future design leaders<br />• Implementing enterprise-wide design excellence initiatives<br />• Reporting directly to Chief Technical Officer on design performance<br />• Supporting M&A and business expansion with technical strategy<br />Education & Experience Credentials<br />• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline<br />• 15+ years of experience in electrical design, project leadership and datacenter operations<br />• 5+ years of proven director or VP-level leadership experience<br />• Demonstrated success building and scaling design organizations<br />• Mastery of TIA-942, Uptime and all international standards<br />• Advanced expertise across all electrical design tools and emerging technologies<br />• Strong strategic business acumen and C-suite experience<br />• Excellent executive communication and board presentation skills<br />• Proven track record of organizational transformation and talent development<h3>experience</h3>25
