Direct Taxation<br /> Ensure end-to-end compliance with direct tax regulations including Income Tax,<br />TDS, Advance Tax, and related filings.<br /> Prepare and file income tax returns and manage tax audit processes.<br /> Handle tax assessments, notices, and correspondence with tax authorities.<br /> Support tax planning initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.<br /> Track changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.<br /><br />2. Internal Audit Coordination<br /> Act as the key finance point of contact for internal auditors.<br /> Coordinate internal audit activities across departments and ensure timely data submission.<br /> Review audit observations and work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.<br /> Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.<br /> Monitor closure of audit findings and report status to management.<br /><br />3.
