You will serve as a strategic bridge, aligning with onshore 'sending' and GCC 'receiving' teams to ensure every migration is seamless, standardized, and value-driven. This role requires a master portfolio manager responsible for the full transition lifecycle and reporting simultaneously while maintaining rigorous PMO governance. You will also be responsible for tracking the financial benefits based on the initial business case ensuring that every transition, and optimization of the process thereof, translates into a tangible ROI for the organization.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p></p><p></p><p>Transition Strategy & Portfolio Leadership</p><p>End-to-End Ownership: Lead the complete transition lifecycle, from the initial feasibility check to final "Go-Live," ensuring work moves smoothly from onshore to the GCC.</p><p></p><p>Blueprint Execution: Develop and execute transition plans and activities using a combination of applying established toolkits/methodologies and developing new ones as appropriate</p><p></p><p>Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple transitions at once, ensuring that resources are balanced and deadlines are met without dropping the ball on quality.</p><p></p><p>PMO Governance & Value Tracking</p><p>The "Source of Truth": Establish and run the PMO governance rhythm, including monthly and quarterly reviews with senior leaders to share progress and KPI reports.</p><p></p><p>Value Realization: Act as the guardian of the business case; track and report on the "value capture" (savings, efficiency, and ROI) to ensure the transition actually pays off.</p><p></p><p>Risk Mitigation: Actively hunt for potential bottlenecks or risks in the transition plan and fix them before they escalate.</p><p></p><p>Stakeholder Management & Transformation</p><p>Global Partnership: Act as the primary bridge between onshore "senders" and GCC "receivers," making sure both sides are aligned on expectations and timelines.</p><p></p><p>Conflict Resolution: Handle tough escalations with a calm, data-backed approach, ensuring that service levels (SLAs) are maintained even during the "bumpy" phase of a move.</p><p></p><p>Operational Excellence: Look beyond the "lift and shift"; partner with GCC functions to identify and drive automation or process-improvement projects that make the work better, not just cheaper.</p><p></p><p>Communication & Change Management</p><p>Strategic Storytelling: Craft professional updates and presentations for senior stakeholders that simplify complex project data into clear, actionable insights.</p><p></p><p>Cultural Catalyst: Help the organization become more agile by mentoring teams through the change, building trust with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth "Business As Usual" (BAU) hand-off.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Key Competencies:</p><p></p><p>Stakeholder Agility: Exceptional ability to work with leaders at all levels - from global executives to junior team members - while managing cultural nuances with ease.</p><p></p><p>Process Design: Proficiency in Visio or equivalent tool to map out current and "future-state" workflows, making sure processes are optimized before they are moved.</p><p></p><p>Operational Rigor: Deep knowledge of SLA management and a proven track record of moving teams to a stable BAU status without service dips.</p><p></p><p>Data & Reporting Mastery: Strong capability in handling complex data to create simple, high-impact reports and dashboards.</p><p></p><p>Technical Savvy: Expert-level skills in PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets; prior experience with G-Suite or similar collaborative tools is a strong advantage.</p><p></p><p>Multi-Tasking: The ability to stay organized and calm while managing a high volume of moving parts across different time zones and business units.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA is highly preferred to handle the business and financial aspects of the role.</p><p></p><p>Experience: 10+ years in a global captive/GCC environment, with a heavy focus on leading large-scale transitions and PMO portfolios.</p><p></p><p>Leadership: Proven track record of managing processes, teams and global stakeholders.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Working Hours:</p><p>12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST</p><p></p><p></p><p>Is this the job for you?
