    job context and purpose 

    The Global Cyber Security Project Manager is a key member of our Global PMO resource pool, assigned to high-priority global initiatives. In this specialized role, you will lead complex Cyber Security projects aimed at hardening our global posture and protecting our digital assets.

    You will act as the bridge between technical security teams and other IT and business stakeholders, ensuring that cyber security projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to operations. You report directly to the Leader of the Global Portfolio Management Office and maintain a close partnership and day to day collaboration with the Global CISO, your business owner.

    Your responsibilities include

    1. Project Leadership & Delivery Methodology

    End-to-End Governance: Own the project lifecycle from initiation to closure. This includes crafting project charters, defining KPIs, and working with stakeholders to build robust business cases for project investments.

    Methodology Expertise: Apply the right delivery framework (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on the project’s needs.

    Strategic Alignment: Ensure all security workstreams align with the broader corporate strategy and the CISO’s long-term roadmap.

    Resource Management: Lead cross-functional teams of a.o. security engineers, analysts, and vendors, helping them overcome (technical) bottlenecks and stay focused on delivery.

    2. Cybersecurity Execution & Monitoring

    Posture Improvement: Drive projects focused on key domains such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Data Security.

    Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and dependencies. You don't just log issues; you work with team members and stakeholders to initiate corrective actions.

    Global Coordination: Manage project rollouts across diverse geographical regions and functional areas, accounting for local regulations and time zones.

    3. Stakeholder Communication & PMO Excellence

    Executive communication: research, interpret and process complex information and turn it into easy to understand and meaningful presentations and storylines. Provide actionable insights for your stakeholders.

    Knowledge Management: Develop strategies to capture and share knowledge across your projects and the organization to prevent "siloed" information.

    PMO Support: Act as a subject matter expert within and on behalf of the PMO, facilitating training sessions within Cyber Security, and help improve project management templates and standard practices.

    Onboarding: Lead the transition and onboarding of new project team members to ensure continuity and minimize knowledge loss during long-term projects.

They are responsible for the continuous improvement of the quality of the service to</p><p>our clients.</p><p>priorities for the role include</p><p>Partnering with the National Account Manager the Process Manager will reference the strategic plan</p><p>of Randstad Australia to determine priorities, set plans for projects and programs and leverage the</p><p>resources of integrated teams.</p><p>With a core focus on Key Account client onboarding and retention the Process Manager will play a key</p><p>role in analysis of information from a wide range of internal and external sources to ensure that we</p><p>are efficient, productive and well placed to meet our business objectives.</p><p>Effective communication and engagement of key stakeholders will be critical to ensure that there is</p><p>buy in and ownership of the execution of these initiatives.</p><p>main accountabilities</p><p>● Leadership</p><p>● Recruitment &amp; workforce management</p><p>● Reporting</p><p>● Continuous improvement projects</p><p>● Compliance and auditing</p><p>Leadership</p><p>● Lead the administration team</p><p>● Onboarding, development and training of administration team members</p><p>● Ensure execution of on time deliverables through effective leadership of administration team</p><p>● Ensure 100% compliance to client standards through daily, weekly, monthly audits</p><p>● Lead and manage all resources effectively to achieve national Amazon reporting, compliance,</p><p>administrative requirements</p><p>Recruitment &amp; Workforce management</p><p>● Assist with recruitment activities during hiring periods - screening, selection, placement</p><p>● Work with the Resourcing team leader to develop and improve recruitment workflow process</p><p>● Ensure that daily workforce management tasks are completed by the administration team -</p><p>rostering, booking, candidate care, payroll issues etc</p><p>● Provide general support and coverage for resourcing and onsite teams when required - ie</p><p>leave coverage or when additional resourcing across any team is required</p><p>reporting</p><p>● Responsible for existing reporting across both client account and Randstad internal</p><p>● Ensuring all client reporting requirements are adhered to</p><p>● Responsible for ongoing maintenance and review of reporting, audit reports and general</p><p>support for the account management team</p><p>● Work together with the site teams on tracking and reporting daily/weekly/monthly metrics as</p><p>required by client</p><p>● Design and implement new/additional client reporting functions</p><p>● Work closely with client and site teams to review and improve reporting/compliance gaps</p><p>● Provide key metrics and data to key account/s in the form of spreadsheets, presentations and</p><p>technology dashboards</p><p>● Ensure data integrity of internal reporting and tracking tools</p><p>continuous improvement projects</p><p>● Project management and implementation of any new auditing/compliance/reporting process</p><p>● Assist with continuous improvement of workflow process across all functions of the key</p><p>account/s</p><p>● Engaging with the account management team on high level strategies to secure the account</p><p>and improve overall position</p><p>compliance and auditing</p><p>● Ensure auditing requirements are met and assist with automation of compliance reporting</p><p>● Working closely with both the client stakeholders and account management team to close</p><p>any gaps that arise through the auditing process</p><p>● Leverage internal stakeholders to assist with automation of current and new auditing</p><p>requirements</p><p>● Ensure 100% compliance to client standards</p><p>your profile</p><p>experience</p><p>The Process Manager has proven experience of developing relationships at all levels. She/he also has</p><p>a wide-ranging skill-set in business process management, data, systems and technology. Previous</p><p>experience working with a business analyst, workforce analyst or process manager role required.</p><p>personal competencies</p><p>The successful individual will demonstrate high attention to detail and proven ability to collaborate</p><p>with internal and external stakeholders. The Process Manager will show enthusiasm, and have a strong</p><p>commitment to customer service, delivery and follow through.</p><p>The ideal candidate should feel comfortable to effectively work and communicate at all levels, with</p><p>multiple stakeholders of varied backgrounds, nationalities and cultures, from senior management to</p><p>trainee consultants.
