Key Responsibilities and Duties
Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise and evaluate third-party vendors for housekeeping, security, landscaping, laundry, and pest control. Ensure vendors adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Housekeeping & Hygiene Supervisions: Conduct daily walkthroughs of the premises to ensure impeccable cleanliness. Monitor the maintenance of washrooms, workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Cafeteria & Catering Operations: Oversee food safety, hygiene, and service quality in the cafeteria. Coordinate with food vendors, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Waste Management: Implement and monitor eco-friendly waste segregation, disposal, and recycling programs across the facility.
Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain optimum stock levels of consumables (pantry supplies, toiletries, cleaning chemicals) and manage asset tracking for facility furniture and equipment.
Helpdesk & Escalation Handling: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances related to soft services. Resolve issues promptly to maintain high user satisfaction.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations align with local health and safety regulations. Assist in organizing fire drills, emergency evacuations, and safety audits.
Budgeting & Invoicing: Assist the Facility Manager in preparing monthly operational budgets.
