JDEnsure the facility is cleaned and checklist is maintained as per the SLA/SOW of the company. To take daily walkthrough's and prepare DR's.Ensure maintaining space data and allocation of space and managing space report for Interco debitsEnsure booking of meeting/conference/trainings/workshops support to the business team and ensure end to end logistics.To ensure customer/visitors visits goes smoothly and hospitality is taken care and Ensure front office

Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Financial Management:Develop and implement facility strategies aligned with business goals.Manage budgets, track costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Oversee capital projects, renovations, and lease decisions.Operations & Maintenance (Hard FM):Oversee building infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and equipment.Implement preventive maintenance and manage reactive repairs.Manage utilities, waste management,
