Job Description Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Multiple openings (across India) Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Employment Type: Contractual Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and disciplined Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, executing daily field activities, and maintaining robust relationships with retail partners. This is a performance-oriented role with clear accountability and real-time tracking via BOULT’s UNOLO portal. Key Responsibilities Sales Execution & Target Achievement ● Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory. ● Achieve monthly sales targets as set collaboratively by the Company RSM and the distributor. ● Lead efforts to exceed sales goals and provide direction and motivation to retail partners. Daily Field Activities (minimum 10 Outlets/Day) ● Generate orders from retail outlets. ● Collect and report closing stock for both own and competitor products (e.g., Boult and competitors). ● Capture photos of competitor schemes and price lists. ● Take photos of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) at retail locations. ● Ensure timely and accurate reporting of these activities through BOULT’s UNOLO portal. ● 6-days working Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning ● Conduct market research to identify customer needs and assess competition. ● Use insights to formulate area-specific sales strategies and growth plans. ● Identify new market opportunities and prioritize efforts accordingly. Client Relationship Management ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and accounts. ● Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients in the area. Performance Tracking & Reporting ● Report directly to the company; activities and performance will be monitored via BOULT’s UNOLO portal. ● Participate in regular performance reviews and adjust strategies based on performance metrics. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. ● 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in mobiles, electronic appliances, or retail. ● Proficient in using digital reporting tools and mobile apps for field tracking. ● Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
