The role of Transition Manager is to oversee all deliverables of the Transition initiative at scope, from project initiation till the hyper-care end. The Transition Manager is responsible for timely Transition project delivery, ensuring that new operational scope is sustainable and Business Case of project is delivered as per project charter.

- Coordinate and manage transition related deliverables for respective initiative. This includes
...
o Scope and detailed implementation plan definition
o Ensuring full clarity on To-Be organization, operating model and Business Case
o Announcement strategy and material workout together with People Department
o Track and ensure timely recruitment with People Department
Key stakeholders at sending and receiving locations for end-to-end feasibility and alignment (regular
report outs to local Mancom, Project Leadership)
o GPO (Global Process Owner) organization for respective process design and location strategy
o Colleagues providing and receiving knowledge transferQualifications:
- Please list the following requirements
Level of educational attainment required: (post) graduation. Finance background is preferred.
Previous work experience required: 10+ years' working experience in E2E Transition management
o in projects: primarily transition projects, but other organizational design / process improvement
initiatives are an advantage
o in operations: Experience in GCC environment operations. Exposure on financial deliverables are
anadvantage
Language skills required
o English (Fluent)
