Key Responsibilities:
·Assist in fleet management including scheduling, deployment, and monitoring of vehicles.
·Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and driver duty rosters.
·Coordinate with drivers and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
·Support HR/Admin in manpower deployment related to fleet operations.
·Assist in vendor coordination for vehicle servicing, repairs, and insurance renewals.
·Prepare reports on fleet utilization, expenses, and operational efficiency.
·Ensure timely communication with management regarding fleet availability and issues.
