Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for all fleet-related activities within the metro system.
- Monitor and manage fleet status in real-time to ensure operational readiness as per schedule.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address faults, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Implement troubleshooting procedures in alignment with operational planning and safety protocols.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with stakeholders including DCC (Depot Control Centre), depot teams, and engineering departments.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet movements, maintenance schedules, and fault reports.
- Support incident management and recovery processes during service disruptions.
- Participate in planning meetings and contribute to fleet deployment strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on fleet performance and availability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in rolling stock operations or metro rail systems.
- Strong understanding of metro fleet systems, maintenance cycles, and fault diagnostics.
- Experience working in a control room or fleet coordination environment is preferred.
