Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, physically able, and experienced Fleet Tyre Technician to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will be a positive, reliable individual with excellent customer service skills and the proven ability to work autonomously and unsupervised to provide exceptional tyre-related service to our commercial fleet clients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform On-Site Tyre Services: Conduct routine maintenance, inspection, rotation, repair, and replacement of commercial tyres (including truck, bus, and OTR tyres) at customer fleet locations and on the roadside.
Ensure Safety and Quality: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and workmanship.
Maintain Service Vehicle: Keep the service vehicle, tools, and equipment clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked for daily operations.
Customer Communication: Communicate well with customers to explain service needs, work performed, and provide professional advice on tyre care and maintenance.
Record Keeping: Accurately complete all necessary job cards, service reports, and other documentation in a timely manner.
Inventory Management: Assist with managing tyre and part inventory on the service vehicle and reporting stock needs.
Autonomy and Reliability: Work autonomously and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks and respond to emergency call-outs efficiently.
Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Tyre Technician, specifically within the Commercial Tyre Industry (essential).
Education: Completion of an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certification in a relevant trade (e.g., Mechanic, Fitter, Automotive).
Physical Ability: Must be physically able to perform the demands of the job, including heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised with high efficiency and integrity.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
Driving: A valid commercial or heavy motor vehicle driving license (preferred/required, depending on the service vehicle).
Mindset: A positive and reliable work ethic with a strong focus on exceptional service delivery.
