Job Descriptions: -
- Oversee daily cafeteria operations, ensuring smooth and efficient services to SGS employees
- Design healthy and innovative menus that align with employees’ preferences.
- Responsible for daily food testing
- End to end coordination for planned Food festival
- Develop feedback mechanism for Cafeteria services and daily governance
- Monitoring monthly food, water & swab test, develop month wise depository
- Overall responsible for cafeteria \ kitchen hygiene at both the sites
- Ensure all sessions are manned with adequate cafe vendor manpower
- Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction
- Work towards external FnB outlets on periodic basis
- Validation of Raw items brought in the cafeteria on daily basis by the vendor
- Ensure NO ZERO stock situation on site
- Ensure that inventory tracker is maintained for SGS crockery and cutlery
- Pest Control Services in both the cafeteria : Services are carried out as agreed.
- Periodic assessments for service improvements
- Monthly invoices validation & process
- Ensure cafeteria report contains café sell, weekly menu , employee feedback , employee complains in the month is shared on monthly basis
- Support for closing for any pending request
- Event Management: Support business functions for office events
- Coordinate for client visit food arrangement
- KOT validation after every client visit \ F&B request
- Ensure weekly café menu is shared to the vendor on every Friday
- Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment , any snags to be closed with help of M&E \ AMC vendor
- Training schedules for vendors is implemented & ensure training man-hours’ are recorded
- Follow-up with Vendors for proper maintenance of Equipment (Preventive, Predictive and breakdown)
- Daily governance of feedback registers and check lists
