Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality customer service by acting as the primary point of contact for fragrance inquiries.
- Execute effective in-store sales and promotional strategies to drive brand awareness and meet targets.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory oversight and maintaining a pristine sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's billing systems.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with a diverse clientele to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility.
- Education: Minimum requirement of H.Sc / +2 / Intermediate diploma.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the cosmetics or fragrance sector.
- Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in store management, sales techniques, promotional activities, and point-of-sale billing procedures.
