Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance to customers, assisting them in selecting fragrances that align with their personal preferences.
- Execute sales transactions accurately using the store's point-of-sale (POS) billing system.
- Manage store inventory levels, ensuring products are well-organized and displays are maintained to company standards.
- Oversee daily store management tasks to ensure a professional and welcoming shopping environment.
- Foster positive relationships with our diverse clientele to encourage brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge, including notes, scent families, and brand history.
- Education: H.Sc / +2 / Intermediate diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in retail sales.
