JD - Freight cost & payment analyst
Job Description:
- Freight & Duty Cost calculation and validation with the original freight document detail.
- Tracking & reporting the pending payment outstanding report with Ageing Status.
- Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies/grief and troubleshooting the errors on immediate basis to avoid high ageing.
- Ensuring accurate financial records for auditing and reporting.
- Evaluating and improving payment processing systems to increase efficiency and reduce processing times.
- Tracking and Clearing Over, Short and damaged parts payment discrepancy and arriving for the solution.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deliverables, and maintain organization in a dynamic environment.
- Freight document Validation & Tracking.
