- Front Office Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area.
- Administrative Support
- Coordinate and book domestic and international travel tickets, hotels, and transport as required.
- Assist in preparing and processing employee ID cards and related documentation.
- Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mails, and office supplies inventory.
- Support in vendor coordination and follow-up for admin-related services.
- Attendance & Staff Management
- Monitor and record daily attendance of office boys and housekeeping staff.
- Prepare and submit attendance reports to HR/Admin for payroll processing.
- Ensure timely allocation of duties and overall discipline among support staff.
- Other Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and trainings.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation related to admin activities.
- Provide general support to the HR and Admin team as required.
