interpersonal and communication skills to manage front desk operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Travel Desk Duties:
Plan and coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for employees and guests
(domestic and international).
Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, travel insurance,
forex, and ground transportation.
Ensure compliance with travel policies and maintain travel documentation and
logs.
Negotiate and manage vendor relationships (airlines, hotels, travel agents).
Monitor travel expenses and ensure cost-effective travel solutions.
Keep abreast of travel trends, airline regulations, and industry practices.
Front Office / Reception Duties:
Greeting and assisting visitors and guests professionally and warmly.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and direct them to appropriate
departments.
Manage meeting room bookings and support internal office coordination.
Support administrative tasks and aid other departments as required.
Requirements
Proven experience (2–5 years) in travel management and front office operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel booking tools/GDS
(e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related fields.
Familiarity with visa processes and international travel compliance.
