o Serve as the point of contact for inquiries, directing them to the appropriate
departments or individuals.
o Handle client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
4. Facility Coordination:
o Collaborate with facility teams to ensure office supplies, resources, and visitor
needs are addressed.
o Oversee the smooth operation of facility systems in coordination with facility
executive.
5. Crisis Handling:
o Manage minor emergencies or escalating critical issues to the responsible
authority.
o Assist in organizing and executing emergency procedures or drills.
o Should take responsibility of the office operations as and when required
6. Preferred Attributes:
o Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
o High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative responsibility
o Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
7. Supervision :
o Office support staff and Cleaning staff
o Backup of site manager
o Visiting office on weekends for maintenance activities or as and when it is
required.
8. Eligibility and Experience :
o Very good communication skills in English, both Spoken and written.
o Knowledge of computer based administrative system (Gmail, word, Excel,
PPT etc.)
o Work well within a team with proactive attitude
