Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the commissioning and operationalization of large-scale units including Semi-Coke, Calcium Carbide, Acetylene, Chlor-Alkali, and PVC plants.
- Strategic KPI Management: Drive performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), energy efficiency, and total production volume.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and ensure 100% compliance with GPCB and MoEF&CC environmental clearances.
- Asset & Budget Management: Manage a massive CAPEX budget; lead the planning for major turnarounds and shutdowns to ensure zero downtime.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary interface between MPL (Client) and Expertise (Employer), as well as government regulators and local stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 25+ Years of proven leadership in large-scale continuous process plants (Refinery, Petrochemicals, or Chemical sectors).
- Education: Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of O&M, Reliability Engineering, and Process Safety Management (PSM).
- Financial Acumen: Experience managing large-scale P&L, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
