Key Responsibilities:
- 1.Balance Sheet Governance & Closing: Own the accuracy and integrity of the balance sheets of all 8 Divisions and Other LLPs, ensuring timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
- 2.Manufacturing Costing & Inventory: Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis (Actual vs. Standard costs).
- 3.Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and financial statements to support strategic decision-making.
4.Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial planning.
- Performance Tracking: Implement KPI dashboards for production efficiency, program margins, and working capital optimization.
- Strategic Growth: Lead financial modeling for new product lines, capacity expansion, and capital allocation. [1]
5. Manufacturing & Operations Finance
- Cost Control: Drive cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Costing & Pricing: Manage product costing, including material, labor, and overhead allocation.
- Inventory & Working Capital: Optimize inventory levels and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to improve cash flow.
6. Compliance, Accounting & Reporting
- Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly/quarterly/yearly closing of books, ensuring accuracy of financial statements (Ind AS/IFRS).
- Taxation & Audit: Lead end-to-end tax compliance (GST, Corporate Tax, Customs) and manage statutory/internal audits.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, SEBI (if listed), and other local regulations.
7. Treasury & Stakeholder Management
- Cash Flow Management: Manage banking relationships, project financing, and cash flow.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive profitability.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified
- Experience: 15–20+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 8–10 years in a manufacturing environment. At least 5 Years in Leadership role
- Sector Specifics: Experience in consumer durable or any manufacuting is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP HANA) and advanced Excel and Presentation Skills (PPT)
