Main tasks include

- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a significant focus on industrial goods.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and branding strategies.
- Extensive experience in market analysis, campaign management, and performance tracking.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of the Indian industrial goods market.
