Role & Responsibilities

As the General Manager of Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the marketing and branding strategies for industrial goods. You will lead a team, drive market penetration, and ensure the company's brand resonates powerfully within the Indian market.

Main tasks include

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies for industrial goods.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and event-based initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a significant focus on industrial goods.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and branding strategies.
• Extensive experience in market analysis, campaign management, and performance tracking.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of the Indian industrial goods market.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with branding initiatives for industrial products.
