We are looking for a dedicated ERP HCM Support Senior Specialist to manage Level 1 support services across HCM platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues, maintain effective communication with stakeholders, and support administrative and reporting functions within the HCM support team.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer ERP/HCM Level 1 support services and manage support workflows
Ensure timely resolution and documentation of user support issues
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for efficient support delivery
Track, monitor, and report on support requests and resolutions
Provide assistance and guidance to users on HCM-related queries
Generate accurate reports and insights on support activities
Key Skills:
Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
Excellent communication and user support skills
Solid understanding of ERP/HCM systems support processes
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or SuccessFactors HCM
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong foundation in business process analysis and ERP systems
