    • Strong network with gas companies (e.g., Linde, Air Liquide, Praxair, etc.) is highly desirable.• Strong Network with Energy companies for LNG is also desirable.
    • Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale projects.
    • Strong understanding of Indian Domestic business, tendering, and export / International markets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

        Sales Operations Coordinator  <p>Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for SAP and a passion for seamless business operations? We are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team and ensure the efficient processing of all sales-related activities within our SAP system.</p>Responsibilities:<ul><li>SAP Transaction Processing & Order Booking: Accurately create and book sales orders in SAP within defined turnaround times, minimizing errors in pricing, units of measure, plant, ship-to details, and delivery dates. Strive to reduce rework and order rejection rates, ensuring daily order backlogs are cleared and updated.</li><li>Master Data Support: Process customer and material master data creation/modification requests within service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure the accuracy of critical master data fields, including tax information, payment terms, pricing, units of measure, HSN/SAC codes, and shipping conditions. Maintain completeness of compliance documentation and aim for zero or low master data audit observations.</li><li>DI Issuance / Delivery Documentation Coordination: Issue Delivery Instructions (DI) in alignment with the dispatch plan and priority. Coordinate effectively with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure readiness for picking and packing. Reduce dispatch holds caused by documentation or system issues and adhere strictly to cut-off times and dispatch schedules.</li><li>System Records Maintenance & Reporting: Conduct daily and weekly reconciliations of order status, open orders, pending DI, and billing blocks. Maintain accurate trackers and records with proper version control. Generate essential operational management information system (MIS) reports, including open order reports, pending master requests, and delivery status updates, ensuring high data accuracy.</li><li>Stakeholder & Interdepartmental Coordination: Resolve escalations related to pricing issues, stock unavailability, credit holds, and delivery changes in a timely manner. Communicate clearly with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics regarding order status and any operational constraints. Ensure efficient closure of pending actions and contribute to improved stakeholder satisfaction and reduced cycle times.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including the sales order lifecycle and Delivery Instruction (DI) / dispatch documentation flow.</li><li>Skills: Previous exposure to SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) concepts and an understanding of sales order structures. Proficient computer operations and excellent time management skills are essential.</li><li>Attitudes: A strong focus on accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to work management.
