RoleRole & Responsibilities
As a Media Planning Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing impactful acquisition and branding campaigns across key digital platforms. You will leverage your strategic expertise and hands-on capabilities to drive measurable customer acquisition results throughout the Latin American market. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in both India and Colombia, fostering a unified approach to marketing success.
Main tasks include
- Design and execute annual and quarterly paid media strategies focused on customer acquisition.
- Allocate budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Programmatic, and Display based on audience insights and performance targets.
- Develop media forecasts, acquisition volume targets, and channel-wise budget distribution.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign operations, including trafficking, QA, tracking, and optimization.
- Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities in targeting, bidding, and creative performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of three Traffickers and one Paid Media Analyst.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, contracts, and billing cycles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in paid media planning and campaign management.
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Programmatic platforms.
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, audience segmentation, attribution, and analytics (GA4, CM360, Tag Manager).
- Demonstrated success managing USD 1 million + annual media budgets across multiple markets.
- Experience with telecom, app-based, or subscription-driven performance campaigns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Working knowledge of Spanish (fluency preferred) to coordinate with LATAM teams and agencies.
- Experience running localized campaigns for LATAM markets.
- Sensitivity to cultural nuances and ad messaging for Spanish-speaking audiences.
