- Experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
- Expertise in Safety Audit, Risk Assessment (HIRA/JSA), Emergency Response Planning.
- Ability to conduct safety training, mock drills, toolbox talks across departments.
- Excellent documentation skills for preparing safety reports, compliance checklists, permits.
- Familiarity with high-risk industrial activity safety protocols.
- Ability to lead safety teams across multiple sites/projects.
- Build a proactive safety culture through campaigns, engagement, and communication.
- Track and improve key safety KPIs like LTIFR, incident rate, unsafe act index.
- Strong coordination with operations, and project heads.
